Valmet 03 er-Baureihe

The register lists 2 versions with 69.1 to 78.7 kW from four-cylinder engines of 4,397 cm³, torque of 320 to 370 Nm, unladen weights of 3,650 to 3,950 kg, lengths of 3,905 to 3,930 mm, widths of 1,972 to 1,980 mm, heights of 2,499 to 2,710 mm and rated speeds of 2,200 to 2,300 rpm.

In the 1970s and 1980s Valmet was among Scandinavia's leading tractor makers, supplying mainly Finnish and Swedish farming plus export markets in Northern and Eastern Europe; the 03 range, with the 903 and 1103, covered the mid to upper power segment for mixed arable and grassland farms, before the later merger with Sisu reshuffled the brand's model line-up.

On used examples, the condition of the injection pump and cooling system, the state of clutch, gearbox and PTO, and on the -4 versions also the condition of the front axle, propshafts and transfer case all count; spare parts run through today's Valtra service network and independent farm-machinery dealers.
