Vans of this size class form the backbone of tradesmen's, courier and delivery fleets in Finland as elsewhere in northern Europe. The range from compact two-door versions to long five-door models with greater load space allows the same basic design to be adapted to parcel, service and delivery tasks without changing vehicle class.

When buying used, the condition of the sliding-door runners and the load floor matters most, as both areas are particularly prone to corrosion in Finnish winters, along with the mileage on the four-cylinder engines, the condition of the automatic gearboxes on the corresponding versions, and the seal of the rear doors. Spare parts run through the regular Toyota dealer network.
