On tractors of this power class, what generally counts is the condition and hours of the diesel engine, the tightness of the hydraulic system, the condition of clutch and gearbox, and rust on the bodywork and chassis; before buying, a test drive checking all gears and the PTO is advisable, since parts are hard to source with purpose without a firm manufacturer link.
