Rb Trailer Other models

The register lists here 40 versions with unladen weights from 280 to 5,460 kg, gross weights from 1,100 to 18,000 kg, lengths from 4,750 to 10,590 mm and widths from 1,760 to 2,550 mm.

With gross weights of 1.1 to 18 tonnes, the RB Trailer units sit between the classic car trailer and the lorry trailer for trades and small-scale haulage, as used for site logistics, machinery transport and commercial work; the span thus runs from the unbraked small trailer to the tandem trailer that already needs its own registration as a lorry trailer.

On a used example, check the condition of the axles and wheel bearings, the operation of the overrun brake or, on the heavier versions, the air brake, the frame and load floor for rust and damage, the lighting and number-plate light, and the condition of the sides, ramps and lashing eyes; on special builds, also check the completeness of the vehicle papers and any conversion certificates.
