The register lists here 11 versions with 13.5 to 45.8 kW from single- to three-cylinders of 421 to 998 cm³, unladen weights from 365 to 850 kg, gross weights from 560 to 1,300 kg, lengths from 2,035 to 3,121 mm and widths from 1,180 to 1,626 mm.
As T3 vehicles, these quads and UTVs take on transport and trailer work on smaller farms, in forestry and on rough ground for which a classic tractor would be oversized; the span from compact single-cylinder quads to the more powerful three-cylinder side-by-sides shows the breadth of the applications. Their light weight also limits soil compaction compared with a full-size tractor, a factor that matters on wet meadows and forest tracks.
On used examples, the condition of the belt drive (CVT) and differential, brakes and tyre tread, the frame for accident and off-road damage count, and on the side-by-side models also the cab, tipping bed and tow hitch; parts run through Yamaha dealers and independent quad workshops.
