With a gross weight only just above 3 tonnes, these vehicles sit in the light segment of class N1 and suit courier and trade businesses that want to drive on a category B licence without using up the 3.5-tonne limit, while still carrying a useful payload for daily distribution rounds.

With six wheels, both versions carry dual tyres on the rear axle, something rarely seen in this weight class and usually providing extra stability with a high centre of gravity or an unevenly distributed load. At the same time, at 3,100 kg they remain clearly below the 3.5-tonne ceiling of EU class N1, for which a category B licence is enough and neither a tachograph nor a distance-based lorry toll is required.

When buying used, check rust on the frame and underbody, the condition of the clutch, gearbox and brake system, the tightness of the cab and load area, and the availability of parts, which can be more limited for smaller makers than for the major van brands, so a check of the supply situation before purchase is worthwhile.
