When buying a used vehicle of this kind, check the condition of the hydraulic lines and boom, cracks in the work basket's welds, the function of the outriggers and safety cut-outs, and, on the MAN chassis, the usual wear points on brakes and running gear. Parts for the platform body come from Palfinger, for the chassis from MAN, and the service history of the platform should be checked separately from that of the underlying truck.
