When buying a used crane of this type, check the condition of the telescopic boom and winch, hydraulic tightness, the function of the outriggers, the condition of the chassis frame and axles, and the operating hours of both the crane superstructure and the driving engine; parts for the crane technology are today only available through specialist suppliers and successor companies to Harnischfeger.
