The Nissan Atleon is a medium-duty chassis-cab truck built by Nissan in Ávila, Spain, at the former Nissan Motor Ibérica plant (previously Ebro), positioning the range between the lighter Cabstar and the heavy ranges of sister company Renault. It is sold mainly in Spain, Portugal and Latin America as a base for tippers, flatbeds and box bodies. The type designation follows the pattern common to Nissan and Renault: the first two digits before the point give the gross vehicle weight in tenths of a tonne, the following two the engine power in horsepower divided by ten – Atleon 80.19 is thus about 8.0 tonnes at roughly 190 hp, Atleon 130.22 about 13 tonnes at roughly 220 hp. Suffixes such as WHTTK0 or NHTTK0 mark wheelbase and body variants of the chassis.
