With unladen weights over 1.3 tonnes and a comparatively small payload reserve against the gross vehicle weight, these trailers are among the heavier special builds in their class, typical of fixed interior fit-out such as equipment, furniture or insulation. The podcast studio build shows that the brand catered to individual usage concepts beyond classic transport trailers.

When buying a used O2 trailer of this type, the condition of the axles, overrun brake and frame, along with corrosion on the drawbar and floor panel, matter most. On special builds such as the studio trailer, the power supply, insulation and fixing of the interior fit-out should also be checked. Spare parts for brakes, lighting and axles are available through the general trailer parts trade, while the interior fit-out is usually only available as a bespoke item.
