The register lists here 62 versions with unladen weights from 330 to 1,950 kg, gross weights from 1,000 to 3,500 kg and widths from 1,560 to 2,500 mm.

Trailers of this class are towed on an ordinary car licence and serve as general-purpose transporters for garden, building and removal loads, as well as a base for bodies such as boat trailers or box superstructures; the broad range of 62 variants reflects decades of small detail changes to one basic design. The chassis on most versions is galvanised, which considerably extends corrosion protection compared with painted steel frames.

On used examples of this light class, the condition of the load floor and sideboards, axle, wheel bearings and tyres, lighting and number-plate holder count, and on braked versions the overrun brake; wear parts are easy to source through general trailer dealers. The condition of the ball coupling and its wear are also worth checking, particularly on trailers used frequently for towing boats or caravans.
