The Grand Prix range, too, was built by Lamborghini Trattori in Pieve di Cento to the naming scheme typical of the brand: the number after the hyphen gives the engine power in horsepower – the R 674-70 with about 70 hp, the R 774-80 with about 80 hp and the R 874-90 with about 90 hp – while the DT suffix stands for the standard four-wheel drive, Doppia Trazione. The sporty Grand Prix name, like the Racing range, underlined the brand's claim to power and pulling strength.
