Krapf – further models: light to medium trailers outside the named series, unladen weight 700 to 3,670 kg, gross weight 2,000 to 13,000 kg, lengths up to 8,850 mm
This page gathers the Krapf-brand trailers that the register could not assign to a named series. Type names such as AP 120, SA 450 and SG 40 combine a prefix with a number that, depending on the model, marks the payload or weight class.

The register lists 4 versions here with unladen weights from 700 to 3,670 kg, gross weights from 2,000 to 13,000 kg, lengths from 6,300 to 8,850 mm and widths from 1,730 to 2,500 mm.
With gross weights of 2 to 13 tonnes, the Krapf range covers both light trailers for cars and light vans and smaller tandem trailers for commercial use, as needed in construction and landscaping. The range therefore spans EU vehicle category O2 for light trailers up to category O4 for trailers over 10 tonnes gross weight.
When buying used, check the frame and load floor for corrosion and deformation, the condition of the axle or axles, braking system and overrun brake device, and tyres and wheels; on the larger versions, also check ramps and tie-down points. Spare parts are available through the independent trailer-parts trade. Underrun protection, mudguards and the condition of the brake and lighting connection lines are also worth checking, along with tyre age via the DOT date code. Complete vehicle documents, a valid registration and a current roadworthiness and safety inspection also matter when buying used.
