The span from the small balloon-tyre cart to the 39-tonne heavy-haulage trailer shows how broad the field is under the Hoffmann name in agricultural and commercial trailer technology: light models serve gentle transport on wet ground, heavy versions earthmoving and heavy-load transport. Spare parts for older model years are not always available from the factory depending on the model, which is why axles and tyres are often replaced with commercially available standard parts.

When buying used, on the balloon versions check the condition and pressure of the low-pressure tyres and any frame warping, on the heavy models the axle assemblies, braking system and tipping rams or the condition of the load platform. Spare parts for tyres, axles and hydraulics are available, depending on the model, from agricultural or commercial-vehicle dealers.
