The Fendt 611 LS/LSA carries a water-cooled six-cylinder diesel engine with 6,240 cm³ of displacement, producing 105 hp, or 76.9 kW, at 2,300 to 2,350 rpm, with 362 Nm of torque. At 5,195 kg, 4,670 mm long, 2,860 mm high, 2,163 mm wide and with a 2,715 mm wheelbase, the machine reaches a top speed of 30 km/h.
With six cylinders and around 77 kW, the 611 LS/LSA was built for heavy draft work on large arable farms, such as ploughing and cultivating as well as hauling heavy trailers. The 30 km/h design top speed falls under German driving licence class L.
When buying a six-cylinder farm tractor of this era used, the condition of the injection system and the cooling system under full load matters. Also worth checking are the tightness of the hydraulic connections for implements, corrosion damage to the frame and mudguards, and the condition of the clutch and gearbox after decades of field work.
