Equipe Other models

The register lists 128 versions with unladen weights from 226 to 3,020 kg and gross weights from 1,000 to 3,500 kg. Lengths are recorded for 3 of the 128 models and run from 4,080 to 10,800 mm, widths from 1,600 to 2,500 mm.

With its wide spread from small sizes to models close to the 3.5-tonne limit, Equipe covers the typical field of private and trade car trailers, from light transport trailers through tipping versions for garden and building work to larger platform trailers. Such a range with many sizes in close weight steps is common in the trailer market, offering the right size for different loads.

On a used unit, check the condition of the axle, bearings and tyres, the function of the overrun brake, rust on the frame and drawbar, and the seal of the sides and load floor, together with the coupling head and safety chain; on tipping versions also check the hydraulics or tipping mechanism and its mounting points. Parts for axles, lighting and brakes are available through the general trailer accessory trade.
