The register lists four variants here with four-cylinder engines of 2,820 cm³ displacement, kerb weights from 1,220 to 3,300 kg, gross vehicle weights from 1,790 to 3,500 kg and widths from 1,500 to 2,080 mm.

Licensed production of Nissan models gave Ebro access to proven Japanese commercial vehicle technology, while the brand also ran its own van and agricultural machinery lines; the Patrol, as a rugged off-roader, was widely used in Spain and its former export markets by public authorities and in rural areas, where off-road ability mattered more than comfort.

When buying one of these older vehicles, corrosion on the frame and body, the condition of the rugged but maintenance-intensive four-cylinder diesel, and the axles and transfer case on the Patrol matter most; parts are available through the wide Nissan Patrol parts scene and Spanish classic vehicle dealers, though documentation on the Ebro-built examples specifically can be thin.
