The Dexheimer 500 Si is the next-larger narrow-track vineyard series from the Rhenish Hesse maker based in Dexheim, positioned above the 400 Si series. The four models 507, 508, 509 and 510 Si share, like the smaller series, a common overall length, width and height, differing only in engine output, which as there points to a shared chassis platform with stepped power levels.

The register lists here four versions with 53 to 74 kW (72 to 101 hp) from four-cylinder engines of 4,500 cm3 displacement. Unladen weight ranges from 2,320 to 2,440 kg, overall length sits at 3,100 mm, width at 1,060 mm and height at 2,290 mm. Torque ranges from 310 to 400 Nm at a rated speed of 2,250 rpm.
With higher output at almost the same narrow width, the 500 Si suits larger viticultural operations or work with heavier implements in the vine rows, such as mulching, mechanical soil cultivation or towing heavier harvest trailers up the steep slopes of the Rhenish Hesse vineyards.
On a used purchase, the frame and axles should be checked for distortion from steep-slope work, along with the hydraulics and lift linkage, clutch, brakes and the condition of the electrics; given this series' higher engine output, it is also worth checking the cooling and injection system under full load and wear on the narrow steering linkage. Parts supply, as with all specialist narrow-track tractors, relies on specialist viticultural-machinery dealers.
