The Agrotron K is the compact variant of Deutz-Fahr's mid-range tractor line: a shorter wheelbase and tighter turning circle than the standard version make it the preferred machine for cattle farming, front-loader work in the barn and on tight yards where the longer Agrotron models reach their limits. The type logic: the number after K on the Profiline models (K 90, K 100, K 110, K 120) gives roughly the power class in hp, Profiline marking the corresponding trim line; the K 420 belongs to a younger generation carrying three-digit model numbers like other SDF ranges. The engines range from a four-cylinder of just over 4 litres to a six-cylinder of just over 6 litres, one model also approved for biodiesel (B100).
