Deutz-Fahr is a German tractor brand belonging to the Italian SDF group (Same Deutz-Fahr), whose larger ranges are built at the Lauingen an der Donau plant. The Agroplus range covers compact, all-purpose four-wheel-drive tractors in the mid power range at Deutz-Fahr; the Keyline suffix, used across the SDF model ranges, denotes a version with simplified, reduced equipment compared with the standard-specification models.

The Agroplus 80.4F Keyline carries a water-cooled four-cylinder diesel engine with 4,000 cm³ of displacement, producing 75 hp, or 55 kW, at 2,200 rpm. At 2,600 kg, 3,573 mm long, 2,319 mm high, 1,612 mm wide and with a 2,126 mm wheelbase, the hydraulics lift up to 3,050 kg, more than the machine's own weight.
A tractor of this size and output is an all-rounder for medium-sized farms: it covers tillage with a plough, cultivator or disc harrow on average-sized fields as well as loading and transport work with a front loader or trailer. The simplified Keyline specification mainly reduces the effort of servicing and operation without limiting the base machine's working capability.
When buying a four-cylinder tractor of this class used, the condition of the clutch and front drive matters most, since four-wheel-drive tractors working with a front loader put heavy strain on the front axle. Also worth checking are the tightness of the hydraulic couplings for implements, the condition of the brakes and the recorded hours, since simplified-equipment versions such as the Keyline often saw intensive daily use.
