At gross weights of 2.7 to 3.5 tonnes, these are classic tandem-axle trailers of class O2, towed by trade businesses, farmers and horticultural firms behind vans and heavy cars with building materials, machinery or vehicles. At a gross weight from 2.7 tonnes, a brake system of its own is required, so every version in this range is supplied braked.

On a used example, rust on the chassis and drawbar, the condition of the brake system with drums or discs, axle bearings and suspension, the drawbar eye or ball coupling and the electrics with its plug all count. On the load bed, check the sides, ramps and lashing points; spare parts for axles and brakes come from the usual trailer suppliers such as BPW and Knott.
