The Vestrum 120 carries a water-cooled four-cylinder diesel engine of 4,485 cm³, producing 88 kW (120 hp) at 2,200 rpm. The three-point linkage is built in categories II and IIIN, and top speed stands at 40 km/h.
With 88 kW and three-point linkage in categories II/IIIN, allowing both lighter and somewhat heavier implements to be carried, the Vestrum 120 is a multi-purpose tractor for medium-sized farms, intended for tillage, haulage and work with front loaders and maintenance implements across the season. Its top speed of 40 km/h places it in Germany's category T driving licence class for agricultural and forestry tractors up to 60 km/h.
When buying a Vestrum 120 used, since it is a recent model, the service history of the four-cylinder engine's exhaust aftertreatment and the condition of the electronic control units matter most. Also worth checking are the three-point linkage mounting points for wear, the tightness of the hydraulic connections, and the function of the clutch, especially if the machine has done a lot of front-loader work with frequent load changes and long daily running hours.
