As a smaller Danish maker alongside international brands such as Massey Ferguson and Ferguson in the Scandinavian market, Bukh was mainly present on Danish family farms with mixed agriculture, where the proximity of the company's own engine production eased service and access to parts.

Used, the Bukh models call for checking engine condition and the injection pump, clutch and transmission, the cooling system, and the condition of sheet metal and tyres; parts are today offered mainly by Danish and Nordic vintage-tractor specialists, while for the engines the Bukh marine-engine service still serves in part as a point of contact.
