BOMAG cold planers – road construction machines from Boppard
BOMAG was founded in 1957 in Boppard on the Rhine by Karl Heinz Schwamborn; in 1962 it built the world's first 7-tonne double vibratory roller. It was owned by Koehring from 1970, SPX from 2001 and has belonged to the French group Fayat since 2005. The range covers soil, asphalt and refuse compaction, stabilizers and recyclers and, since the Fayat acquisition, asphalt pavers and cold planers.
