Small tractors of this power class served mainly fodder and grassland farming and transport on small holdings, where their light weight and compact dimensions made work in confined spaces and on slopes easier.
Buyers of used units should check the engine and clutch for operating hours and oil leaks, as well as the gearbox, brakes and hydraulics and rust on the bodywork, mudguards and frame; on these older short production runs original parts are rare, so many repairs can only be solved with reproduction parts or components from related engine ranges. Before buying it is also worth checking the PTO and the lift linkage, whose wear on these small vintage machines is often underestimated.
