The register lists here 3 versions with 2,143 to 2,987 cm³ displacement from four to six cylinders, kerb weights from 1,969 to 2,221 kg, gross weights from 2,720 to 2,850 kg, a length of around 5,630 mm and widths from 1,810 to 1,860 mm.

Bodies such as those from Binz form a market segment of their own alongside the pure vehicle makers: they refine production chassis into ambulances, funeral vehicles or other special vehicles and are thus aimed at rescue services, funeral businesses and authorities rather than private buyers.

On a used example of one of these versions, besides the condition of the Mercedes base vehicle with its four- or six-cylinder diesel, the condition of the special body, its electrics and any special fittings, and rust at the joints between chassis and body all count in particular; parts come partly from the Mercedes network for the base and partly from specialist workshops for the body.
