4 models in this series

Agrip – other models: the collective page of tractors and skidder outside the named ranges, ARD 15, ARD 20, ARD 40 and the JD 5000 skidder, 11 to 89 kW, Aster, Berliot and CLM engines

This page gathers the Agrip machines the register could not assign to a named range: the smaller ARD range with the ARD 15, ARD 20 and ARD 40 types, whose type number rises with the power class, and the JD 5000 skidder for timber extraction in forestry. The engines of the ARD models come from the outside makers Aster, Berliot and CLM, which is typical of smaller tractor makers that rely on bought-in drive units rather than their own designs.

The register lists here 4 versions with 11 to 89 kW, or 15 to 120 hp.

The ARD tractors cover the lower and mid power class for smaller agricultural and municipal work such as tillage, mowing and transport, while the JD 5000 skidder, with markedly higher power, is designed for timber harvesting and hauling logs over rough ground – two different fields of use on the same collective page, showing the broad scope of smaller farm-machinery line-ups.

On used ARD tractors, engine condition and compression, the condition of clutch and gearbox, and rust on sheet metal count; on the skidder, additionally the condition of the cable winch, the articulation joint and the tyres, as these parts are under the greatest strain in forestry use, as well as the tightness of the hydraulic cylinders for the blade and log cage.
