Several of the models listed here arose from the long-standing cooperation with Isuzu, in which GM held a stake for decades: the Isuzu Hombre was a rebadged Chevrolet S-10, the Isuzu i-Series the Japanese version of the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, and the Isuzu Ascender a sister model of the GMC Envoy and Chevrolet TrailBlazer. Similarly, Holden in Australia linked the GM group with local body variants such as the Suburban.
