Valtra is a Finnish tractor maker with roots in the Valmet and Sisu brands, part of the US AGCO group since 2004; its engines still largely carry the SISU name, which descends from the Finnish engine builder Sisu Diesel and, since the AGCO integration, is closely tied to the AGCO Power engine brand. The T range forms Valtra's large tractor class, the number in the name denoting the power step, HI-TECH and Classic marking different equipment and electronics packages, and AC suffixes referring to the respective transmission generation.
