The type logic: the early models 15, 20 and 33 give the hp class, the three-digit 359, 361, 502, 565, 702 and 705 of the 1960s and 1970s the size in the first digit and the generation in the following ones, D the diesel, -4 four-wheel drive; the Brazilian 65, 85, 118 and 148 give the hp class, and the 118 Alcool is a tractor with ethanol engine from the Brazilian alcohol programme of the 1980s – noted in the register as fuel Alcohol. The engines are Valmet's own from Linnavuori, in Brazil MWM diesels built under licence; in 1997 the name passed to Valtra with the sale to Sisu.
