The Landini POWERFARM DT75 is a tractor made by Landini.

Landini Powerfarm – the Fabbrico-built mid-range with Perkins 1103C/1104C-series diesel engines, 44 to 74 kW, PTO outputs 54 to 91 hp, models from Powerfarm 60 to Powerfarm DT 105

Landini builds its Powerfarm range at the Fabbrico plant in Emilia-Romagna, the marque's home site since its founding in 1884 and today part of the Italian Argo Tractors group. At Landini, Powerfarm occupies the mid power class between compact and large tractors; the digits after the name, as in Powerfarm 75 or Powerfarm 105, give roughly the output in hp, with DT marking four-wheel-drive versions. The models are powered by three-cylinder Perkins diesel engines of the 1103C and 1104C series.

The register lists here 8 versions with 43.6 to 73.5 kW from engines of 3,293.8 to 4,399.9 cm³ displacement at a rated speed of 2,200 rpm and PTO outputs of 54 to 91 hp. Unladen weights range from 2,913.9 to 3,442.8 kg, lengths from 3,990 to 4,160 mm.

As a mid-range line, the Powerfarm targets mixed operations with field work, front-loader use and transport tasks, competing there with comparable ranges from New Holland, Case IH and Deutz-Fahr, above all in the Italian and southern European markets.

When buying a used Powerfarm, the condition of the Perkins engine (injection pump, turbocharger on the T versions), transmission and clutch, and corrosion on the cab and fenders rank among the key checkpoints; spare parts for engine and transmission run through the Landini and Perkins service networks.

What to check before buying

  • Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
  • Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
  • Load the hydraulics and watch for sag.
  • Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
