Lamborghini Racing range – sporty six-cylinder tractors from Pieve di Cento: the 150 Racing, 165 Racing and 190 Racing with 6,000 cm³ displacement, 110 to 139 kW, up to 6.4 t unladen weight
Lamborghini Trattori, founded in 1951 by Ferruccio Lamborghini in Cento and later Pieve di Cento in Emilia-Romagna, has belonged to today's SAME Deutz-Fahr group since SAME's takeover in 1972. The Racing range with the 150, 165 and 190 Racing models formed the most powerful class in the line-up; the number in the model name gives the approximate engine power in horsepower, rising from the 150 to the 190 Racing on a uniform six-cylinder displacement of 6 litres.

The register lists here 3 versions with 110.3 to 139 kW output at a uniform 2,350 rpm, from six-cylinder diesels of a uniform 6,000 cm³ and maximum torque of 611 to 633 Nm. Unladen weights range from 5,780 to 6,360 kg, lengths from 4,375 to 4,780 mm, widths from 2,240 to 2,470 mm and heights from 2,845 to 2,930 mm; all three models run on diesel.
With the Racing range, Lamborghini positioned itself in the heavy standard-tractor segment against established big-tractor makers; the sporty name echoed the brand's Lamborghini origins and was meant to underline power and pulling strength for large farms.
On a used purchase of these heavy six-cylinder diesel tractors, operating hours and the service history of injection pump and turbocharger count, the condition of clutch and gearbox under heavy draft load, the tightness of the hydraulic system, and rust on the frame and mudguards; parts now run through the SAME Deutz-Fahr network and dealers specialising in Lamborghini tractors.

What to check before buying
- Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
- Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
- Check the weights in the papers against the figures here — attachments change them.
- Check front and rear tyre sizes: mismatched pairs strain the drivetrain.
- Shift the gearbox cold and warm — jumps only show up at temperature.
- Load the hydraulics and watch for sag.
- Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
