This page gathers the John Deere harvesting machines the register could not assign to a named range – above all combines, supplemented by the 7580 self-propelled forage harvester. A large share of the smaller models, such as the 935, 955, 1042, 1075 and 2266, come from John Deere's European plant at Zweibrücken, which from the 1960s to the 1990s built its own combine ranges specifically for the European market. With the 9000 series from the 1990s, John Deere moved to larger, more powerful combines; STS marks the rotor technology with Single Tine Separator introduced in 1999 in place of the classic straw walker, WTS the version with rubber track undercarriage (Track System) for soft and sloping ground, and HillMaster the self-levelling hillside version. The engines are throughout John Deere's own units, including the PowerTech range.
