The 35S14 is a weight-and-power grade in the Iveco Daily family, built continuously since 1978: the first two digits give the gross weight in hundreds of kilograms (35 for 3.5 tonnes), the letter S the panel van (as opposed to C for the cab chassis), and the following number the engine power in tens of hp (14 for about 140 hp). Iveco builds the Daily at Suzzara in Italy; the range replaced the van previously built by Fiat in 1978 and has since been reworked repeatedly, visible in additions such as EURO 4, EURO V HD EEV for the respective emissions stage and CNG for the natural-gas version.
