Alasia – other models: the collective page of harvesting machines 11, F and M-14-P outside the named ranges, 86 to 100 kW, IKA, Chrysler and Perkins engines
This page gathers the Alasia harvesting machines 11, F and M-14-P that the register could not assign to a named range. Different engine makers are recorded for the three types: IKA, Chrysler and Perkins; correspondingly the models' fuel types also differ between petrol and diesel. The brief type designations 11, F and M-14-P show no consistent scheme across the models.

The register lists here 3 versions with 86 to 100 kW, or 115 to 140 hp, from six-cylinder engines.
Harvesting machines with such varied motorisation as Alasia's are typical of smaller makers who fitted their models over time with whatever industrial engines were available rather than a continuous engine line of their own.
Self-propelled combines of this design take in the crop through a header, a self-contained attachment fixed to the feeder house by a quick coupling and interchangeable for other working widths; behind it the threshing drum, together with the straw walkers that follow, separates the grain from the straw mechanically, before sieves and a fan blow out the remaining chaff. The cleaned grain collects in the grain tank and is unloaded through a swing-out auger beside the machine. The mostly wheeled undercarriages of this power class load wet ground noticeably harder than the rarer tracked versions found on larger ranges.
When buying used, what counts first on these differently motorised machines is precise identification of the fitted engine and its parts supply, along with compression, the condition of the carburettor or injection pump depending on fuel type, and the condition of the threshing unit, sieves and hydraulics. Parts for petrol engines such as the Chrysler unit are markedly scarcer on the used agricultural machinery market than for the common Perkins diesels.

What to check before buying
- Check the hour meter against the service records — a replaced instrument is the most common gap.
- Compare the data plate and chassis number with the papers.
- Load the hydraulics and watch for sag.
- Ask about parts availability for this build year — the running costs hang on it.
