Veka Other models

The register lists here 24 versions with unladen weights from 140 to 360 kg, permitted gross weights from 500 to 1,000 kg, lengths from 2,780 to 5,800 mm and widths from 1,660 to 2,080 mm.

With a type range named by dimension, Veka is positioned as a maker of simple, open small trailers where the purchase decision can be made directly from the load-bed size stated in the name, without needing a separate model designation. This logic makes comparing the many size steps considerably easier.

When buying used, check corrosion on the frame and load bed, the condition of the drawbar and jockey wheel, and the function of the lighting system. Tyres and wheel bearings, as well as the registration papers with the recorded gross weight, should also be checked, as several types exceed the 750-kilogram threshold for operation without a brake system of their own and then require brakes of their own, and on older units the hinges and side-panel latches are worth a look too.
