Valtra – other harvesting machines: the collective page outside the named ranges, the BC 4500 and BC 7500, 140 to 265 kW, AGCO Sisu engines from Linnavuori in Finland
This page gathers the harvesting machines the register lists under the Valtra brand without assigning them to a named range: the BC 4500 and BC 7500 models. Valtra is the Finnish tractor brand from Suolahti in central Finland, which emerged from the farm-machinery divisions of Valmet and Sisu and has belonged to the US agricultural group AGCO since 2004. Both models listed here carry the AGCO Sisu engine from the group's own Linnavuori plant, the same plant that also supplies the engines for Valtra's tractors. Assemblies such as the chassis, cab and hydraulics come from the same manufacturing depth with which Valtra also equips its tractors, even though the harvesting machines themselves are not assembled at the tractor plant.

The register lists here 2 versions with 140 to 265 kW, or 190 to 355 hp, from AGCO Sisu diesel engines.
With this power class, the two models rank among the larger harvesting machines in the register and fit the farm sizes where Valtra is traditionally strong with its tractors – large arable areas in Finland, Scandinavia and eastern Europe, where short harvest windows call for high area output. Unlike Valtra's tractors, sold through a dense worldwide dealer network, the use of these harvesting machines stays limited to a smaller number of very large arable farms.
On used machines of this power class, the operating hours and maintenance state of the AGCO Sisu engine, the condition of the threshing and separating unit, the tightness of the hydraulics, and the condition of the header and grain tank all matter; spare parts run through the AGCO and Valtra dealer network.
