Vabo Other models

The register lists here 10 versions with unladen weights from 220 to 1,600 kg and gross weights from 1,000 to 3,500 kg. The lengths range from 5,480 to 9,680 mm, the widths from 1,500 to 2,530 mm; the long versions clearly exceed the usual length of car trailers.

The span from small single-axle trailers to long versions at a comparatively low gross weight points to a range of light transport and equipment trailers, the kind towed behind cars and light vans for boats, vehicles or cargo carried the full length of the bed, and trailers with an extending or lengthened load bed.

On used examples, axle and overrun-brake condition, tyres, rust on the frame and side members, and the lighting function call for checking; on the long versions the condition of the frame extension and the rear support legs as well; on all models the load capacity of the drawbar and coupling head, and the play in the wheel bearings and hitch.
