This span from the light trailer class to the forty-tonne low-loader is typical of smaller and medium-sized trailer builders that, alongside standard trailers, also build special vehicles for local heavy-haulage and construction-machinery transport; such low-loaders round out the fleets of earthmoving and crane firms on the Dutch and Belgian markets.

On a used example, the load bed, axle and brakes count on the light versions, and on the heavy low-loaders additionally the condition of the ramps and hydraulics (tilt bed, lowering chassis), the steering axles and their bearings, tyres and rims for the relevant load rating, and the frame and welds for cracking after heavy-load service.
