Tk Trailer Other models

The register lists here 6 versions with unladen weights from 240 to 775 kg, gross weights from 1,000 to 3,550 kg, lengths from 5,750 to 8,695 mm and widths from 1,800 to 2,300 mm.

With unladen weights under a tonne combined with long bodies of up to 8.7 metres, these trailers count among the light but elongated versions used for bulky but not heavy loads, or as transport trailers for long goods. Long, light trailers of this kind are often used for boats, canoes or other bulky recreational and commercial loads that weigh little but take up a lot of space.

On a used light, long trailer of this kind, the frame and drawbar for deformation, the condition of the load bed, axles and suspension, the braking system on the larger versions, and the tyres and lighting count; on smaller unbraked models it is also worth checking the coupling head and jockey wheel. As these trailers are often used outdoors near water, it is also worth checking for corrosion on the frame and lighting. When checking the papers, it is also worth comparing axle load, trailer class and registration date with the vehicle's actual condition, especially on older or heavily used examples.
