The register lists here 99 versions with unladen weights from 593 to 1,620 kg, gross weights from 900 to 2,000 kg, lengths from 5,400 to 8,000 mm and widths from 2,090 to 2,320 mm.

In the British market Swift is, alongside Bailey, the dominant caravan brand, with a market share that has at times exceeded half of new registrations; the typically British build with an awning rail, single axle and comparatively low weight differs from the heavier, often twin-axle caravans of German and Dutch brands.

When buying a used British caravan, check above all for damp in the sandwich construction (window and roof penetrations, drawbar locker), the condition of the axle, jockey wheel and overrun coupling, the function of the gas system and heating, and on older model years rust on the chassis; spare parts for axles and fittings run through the British caravan trade and Swift itself.
