Slp Other models

The register lists here 36 versions with unladen weights from 4,500 to 14,000 kg, gross weights from 20,000 to 87,000 kg, lengths from 4,900 to 19,000 mm and widths from 2,500 to 2,600 mm.

With gross weights up to 87 tonnes, the SLP trailers belong to the heavy multi-axle class used in Nordic heavy-haulage and round-timber transport, where long axle combinations allow high permissible gross weights. Such combinations are used by sawmills, hauliers and construction-material transport, where the load is spread across several axles.

On a used purchase, what matters on these multi-axle trailers is the condition of axles, brakes and air suspension, corrosion on the frame and drawbar, the function of the brake system and the condition of the respective body – tipper, curtain or tank; spare parts are matched to axle count and build year.
