OTTEN Other models

The register lists here 29 versions with unladen weights from 456 to 970 kg, gross weights from 800 to 1,300 kg and widths from 1,820 to 2,170 mm.

The Otten trailers therefore sit in the lower to middle part of class O2 and suit buyers looking for a light trailer for loads of just over a tonne. On the Dutch market such small series are usually sold regionally, in a wide range of models, without any single range staying unchanged for years.

Buying used, the frame and coupling condition matter most, since small series rarely keep a continuous supply of spare parts. Also check the braking system where fitted, tyre age, lighting condition and rust on the chassis rails; on twin-axle models the axle suspension is worth an extra look. As type designations vary between dealers and registration authorities, the type plate with the chassis number is the most reliable way to identify a given trailer.
