The chassis alone weighs 39,000 kg, leaving a payload of 16,000 kg for the crushing unit, drive and superstructure. At a width of 3,490 mm and a length of 16,600 mm, the plant exceeds the normal road gauge and needs a special transport permit. The plant was registered in 2010.

Mobile crushing or screening plants of this size crush or sort stone, demolition rubble and recycled material directly on site and are moved between construction sites or quarries with a heavy towing vehicle. Because of the high gross weight, the chassis runs on air brakes on all axles.

When buying used, the condition of the crushing or screening unit itself matters most: wear on the crusher jaws, screen decks or conveyor belts drives the highest running costs. Also check the drive and hydraulics, the chassis frame for cracks at the axle mounts, and the braking system, which should be inspected especially carefully given this weight. It is also worth checking the tyres and rims on every axle, which carry an especially high load given the plant's overall weight, and the condition of the towing eye and lighting.
