With a uniform gross weight of 1,600 kg, the NEOLITH models sit in the O2 class, in the field of medium single- or tandem-axle trailers designed for cargo and equipment in leisure and commercial use, with a payload that, depending on the version, ranges from 420 to 620 kg. Such a payload suffices for most garden, building or leisure equipment carried on a trailer of this class.

On a used example, the condition of the tow eye and overrun brake, rust on the frame and sides, the axle, wheel bearings and tyres, and the function of the lighting count; the unladen weight and gross weight should match the registration papers before the trailer is put into service. A short test drive including a brake check should also not be skipped before purchase.
