Maxwagon – other models: the collective page of trailers outside the named ranges 35, AiL 355 and AiL 358, 700 to 950 kg unladen weight, 3,500 kg gross weight
This page gathers the Maxwagon trailers the register could not assign to a named range. The three listed types carry the designations 35, AiL 355 and AiL 358. As with many smaller trailer brands, the figures are drawn from registration data, in which each model is listed individually with its technical values.

The register lists here 3 versions with unladen weights of 700 to 950 kg, gross weights of 3,500 kg, lengths of 6,580 to 9,540 mm and widths of 2,210 to 2,550 mm.
With a gross weight of 3.5 tonnes, all three versions sit at the upper limit of the trailer class that can still be towed on a category B licence, provided the combination does not exceed the relevant gross weight. Lengths of up to 9.5 metres point to elongated bodies such as platform or transport trailers.
On a used example, axle and wheel-bearing condition, the function of the overrun brake and its linkage, rust on frame and drawbar, and the state of lighting, plug, tyres and rims all count. Parts for such a small brand usually run through independent trailer workshops rather than a manufacturer network; on the long versions, checking the frame's torsional stiffness is also worthwhile. It is also worth comparing the VIN and the registration document against the trailer's data plate. Before buying, a test tow is also worthwhile, checking tracking, braking behaviour and noises while under way.
