The register lists 434 versions with unladen weights from 170 to 1,860 kg and gross weights from 850 to 3,475 kg. Lengths are recorded for 343 models and range from 2,600 to 11,750 mm, widths from 1,410 to 2,600 mm.

As a Finnish manufacturer, Majava is geared to the requirements of the Nordic market, with trailers for private and commercial transport of boats, machinery and vehicles, built to cope with gravel roads, snow load and long winters. The wide range of registered body widths and lengths reflects a catalogue built largely to order, with the axle and drawbar code marking each configuration rather than a handful of fixed standard sizes.

When buying used, check the condition of the floor and frame for rust, the overrun brake mechanism with its linkage, axles and suspension, the electrics and lighting, and tyre age. On the long versions over 10 metres, it is also worth checking the frame for twist and the load tie-down points.
