With gross weights of 2 to 3.5 tonnes, the programme sits throughout in the classic trailer class towable on an ordinary car licence; the range of types within this class points to different bodies, from the open trailer to the boat transporter suggested by the BOOT 3200 type. For registration behind a car, besides the trailer's gross weight the tow vehicle's rated towing capacity is also decisive, since it sets the real limit for the load towed.

On a used example, axle and wheel-bearing condition, the function of the overrun brake and its linkage, rust on frame and drawbar, on boat trailers also the condition of the rollers and keel roller, plus lighting, plug, tyres and rims all count. Parts for such small brands usually run through independent trailer workshops. On versions with an overrun brake, the adjustment of the brake linkage and the condition of the brake linings are also worth checking before the first drive.
