The register lists 7 versions with unladen weights from 6,320 to 9,400 kg at gross weights from 30,000 to 45,000 kg. Lengths range from 10,900 to 13,850 mm, the width is uniformly 2,550 mm.

With gross weights of up to 45 tonnes and lengths of nearly 14 metres, the ORPT range belongs to the semi-trailers of heavy road haulage, as widely used in cross-border European long-distance transport for general and bulk cargo. Hauliers deploy such trailers above all in swap operation between different tractor units, where a robust, low-maintenance base design is valued.

When buying a used trailer of this range, the frame and kingpin mount should be checked for cracks and wear, along with the condition of axles, brakes and suspension, the tightness of the tarpaulin or body, and the function of the landing legs. Tyres, lighting and underrun protection belong to the standard check; spare parts for axles and brakes are available through the general commercial-vehicle parts trade.
