Hapert Other models

The register lists here 18 versions with unladen weights from 440 to 1,900 kg, permitted gross weights from 1,500 to 3,500 kg, lengths from 3,210 to 6,400 mm and widths from 1,560 to 2,450 mm.

With gross weights up to 3.5 t, Hapert covers the full range of car trailers for the Dutch market, where the vehicles are registered through the RDW and used both in commercial haulage of machinery and materials and as private trailers for boats or vehicles. With gross weights up to 3.5 t, the heavier versions already require an extended licence depending on the tow vehicle.

When buying used, check the frame and load platform for corrosion, plus the axles, brake system, tyres and lighting, and on the Multi versions the function of the adjustable load platform; as Hapert runs a broad full range with its own dealer network, parts availability is usually straightforward. On the longer models it is also worth checking the frame for twisting and the drawbar for cracks.
